We have successfully constructed a modern residential complex Thurzovka in the city district of Košice Stredné mesto on the land between Thurzova, Kmet'ova, Bencúrova and Löfflerova streets. Urbanistically, we have filled a long unused space near the centre.

The stylish residential building has 5 above-ground floors and 1 underground, where there are 82 parking spaces with technical facilities. Thurzovka offers a total of 76 residential units, where two- and three-bedroom apartments predominate.
